Warm Up with a Good Book

Our Winter Reading Club for children (birth to grade 6) will begin Monday, January 9th. The goal is to read a little each day. Then join us for our ending event in February, date and details to be announced. See the Winter Reading Club page on the right for more information.

Cabin Fever

Cabin Fever is our annual Winter Reading club for adults that runs the entire month of February. Sign up to read books, rate them, and enter to win a winter-themed gift basket. Anyone who completes three slips also wins a small prize. Open to adults 18 years or older.

Hoagie Fundraiser

The Carbondale Public Library will be selling coupons for Steve and Irene's Hoagies in Mayfield, PA. Coupons cost $6.25 and are good for any 12 inch hoagie. Sale runs until the end of January and coupons will be available to pick up in the first week of February. A portion of the proceeds benefits both the Carbondale Library and the Library's Anime club for their annual field trip.
