Bon Appetit! An Evening with Julie Powell

Tuesday, April 13, at 7 PM at the Scranton Cultural Center -- Julie Powell, author of "Julie & Julia: A Year of Cooking Dangerously," set out to cook all 524 recipes in Julia Child's classic, "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" in a single year.  The result was good food, a national best seller, and a major motion picture.  Now she's coming to talk about it in Lackawanna County.  Admission is free for library card holders.  Tickets will soon be available at Lackawanna County libraries or at the Scranton Cultural Center box office.
