At the Valley Community Library

SPRING DANCE

Think Spring & Join the Northeast Social Dance Club at the DAV, 516 Shorrs St. Dickson City on Saturday, March 20, 8:30pm- midnight. Tickets are $5 and are available at the library. Proceeds of the dance will benefit Children's programming at the Valley Community Library. The Dance is sponsored by Pullman, Interiors, Scranton. The Northeast Social Dance Club is a member of the American BOP Association.

FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DRIVE

FRIENDS OF THE VALLEY COMMUNITY LIBRARY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP CONTINUES, money raised by the Friends Group is used to purchase materials, equipment and facility upgrades not covered in the regular library budget. An individual membership fee is only $5.00 per year. And by joining or renewing your membership now, you’ll have a chance to win our Friends of the Library Raffle basket! Other benefits of joining are free or discounted admission to special events, specific communications to members only and the knowledge that you are helping to support a vital community asset. Parents, remember that a large portion of our children’s and young adult programs would not be possible without the financial support of the Friends of the Library.
